Most people experience that surfing can be quite hard on the body, especially if you are a beginner. From experience we can see that yoga is a very effective complement to surfing as it helps both body and mind to relax and connect while giving your muscles a well needed stretch after a days of surfing. We include a variety of different yoga styles which is suitable for everyone and you don’t need any prior experience.
