If your client need to cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the trip date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. If your client need to cancel your reservation 15-29 days prior to the trip date, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged. If your client need to cancel your reservation within 15 days prior to the trip date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No Show 100% cancellation fee will be charged
